02 About
A director shaped by images, books, and contradiction.
I grew up in Monterrey and moved to Austin in 2018. I left chemical engineering to pursue film, with directing at the center of my practice.
I studied Film Production at Full Sail University, followed by Screenwriting at NYFA in Los Angeles.
Because directing has always been my focus, I also studied Acting at NYFA to better understand the actors' process and communicate with them more precisely. My work spans directing, writing, production, and cinematography.
I also studied programming at Austin Coding Academy to automate parts of my work as a financial advisor and create more time for filmmaking.
